Job Description
Northland Community & Technical College invites applications for the position of Head Women's Softball Coach. This part-time role is responsible for leading, developing, and managing all aspects of the women's softball program while supporting Northland's mission to transform the lives of students and our communities through a welcoming, supportive, and integrated learning environment.
The coach will recruit and mentor student-athletes who can thrive academically, socially, and athletically at Northland. Responsibilities include program leadership, practice and competition preparation, administrative management, compliance oversight within institutional, conference, and NJCAA regulations, and community engagement. Significant travel is required for recruitment and competition.
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
