JOB SUMMARY
The University of Connecticut is accepting applications and nominations for a full-time position of Head Women's Rowing Coach.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This individual will be responsible for all aspects of a Division I Women's Rowing program including coordinating recruitment and evaluation of prospective student-athletes; development of the student-athlete; meet preparation; supporting the academic staff to ensure academic success of team members; assist with marketing and community involvement; budget management; compliance; fundraising; and other administrative duties as assigned by the Athletic Director and/or his designee.
