The University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) invites resumes for a full-time, exempt position with full benefits. The position reports to the Vice President for Athletics and Recreation.
The Inaugural Head Women's Flag Football Coach is responsible for the overall administration, organization, and leadership of the NCAA Division I Women's Flag Football program at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining qualified student-athletes, planning and conducting practices and competitions, player development, academic monitoring, scheduling, budget management, equipment oversight, and supervision of assistant coaches and support staff.
Salary: $50,000 to $65,000

Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience:
Previous playing or coaching experience
Knowledge of NCAA Division I and MEAC rules and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and development of student athletes.

Demonstrated organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
