Rosholt School District is looking to fill the vacant Head/Varsity Girls Basketball Coach position for the 2026-2027 basketball season. The high school season is anticipated to run from November 9th 2026 through mid March of 2027. The candidate must have the ability to motivate, lead, mentor, and instill sportsmanship throughout the program. Strong communication and organizational skills are required. Qualifications:
- Coaching experience in the specific sport applying for that has demonstrated success for its student-athletes
- Use of different methods and motivational strategies
- Collaborate with assistant coaches, other coaches, and school employees
- Ability to relate to students, parents, and community members
- Able to promote their program
- Able to run their daily practices
- Ability to grow the program at the high school level
- CPR/First Aid Certified preferred but not required.
