Provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students ages 3-5 years old in the Warm Springs Head Start program, enhancing the development of each child that reflects both the family and community culture. Comply with Head Start Standards, Child and Adult Food Care Program and Oregon State Child Care Division Licensing requirements.
Requirements
Child Development Associate required and two years of experience in a pre-school setting. Education and experience may be accepted, and an individual Employment Plan can be put in place at hire. Must enroll in the Oregon Criminal History Registry, possess a Fist Aid/CPR certificate and a food handlers' certification within 60 days of hire. Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and adhere to an alcohol and drug free workplace policy by not engaging in the dysfunctional use of alcohol and or illegal drugs.
