    Job Summary
    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support Financial, Operations, and Human Resources functions. This position will assist with administrative tasks, bookkeeping support, recordkeeping, reporting, and coordination across company locations to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, maintain confidentiality, demonstrate attention to detail, and be able to manage multiple priorities effectively.


    Responsibilities

    • Provide general Human Resources support, including employee documentation, onboarding paperwork, recordkeeping, and other administrative HR tasks
    • Assist with basic bookkeeping, data entry, invoices, receipts, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records
    • Provide general administrative and clerical support for the head office
    • Support and communicate with Office Managers at the company’s other locations
    • Help ensure Office Managers complete required reports, spreadsheets, records, and administrative tasks accurately and on time
    • Follow up with Office Managers regarding missing information, deadlines, documentation, and company procedures
    • Collect information from different locations and departments for company reporting
    • Maintain organized files, spreadsheets, internal records, and supporting documentation
    • Help track deadlines, action items, outstanding documents, and required follow-ups
    • Prepare forms, correspondence, reports, and other internal documents
    • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in HR, bookkeeping, and administrative processes

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
    • Previous experience in Human Resources, bookkeeping, office administration, or a similar position preferred
    • Basic bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping experience
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Positive, dependable, and professional attitude

    Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
