Job Title: National Manager, TOCA Training
Reports To: Sr. Director, Programs & Player Experience
Location: Dallas, TX
Hours Required: Full-Time, Exempt
Travel: 80%
Training programs represent the core of TOCA's player development philosophy. We are seeking a National Manager, TOCA Training to build and evolve a best-in-class player development environment across all TOCA Centers. This role will own training curriculum, progression models, and coaching standards to ensure players consistently improve while staying engaged long term. You will lead the development of scalable training systems, support coaches across the network, and ensure alignment with TOCA's overall player pathway and development philosophy.
