Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate security personnel during shifts to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety standards.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and security-related issues.
  • Train and mentor security staff on protocols, procedures, and customer service practices.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
  • Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
  • Conduct investigations into security breaches and recommend improvements to security measures.
Requirements:
  • Valid Class D Security Officer license in Florida.
  • Proven experience in security management or related fields.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with residents.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with security technology and surveillance systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
