Role Summary / Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead the West Region Sales Team at a pivotal time for ITM USA. This leadership role will play a key part in shaping the radiopharmaceutical landscape and successfully launching ITM-11. This role will build and manage a high-performing sales team, driving commercial objectives and revenue growth through effective onboarding, account planning, execution and cross-functional collaboration.
In addition to leading the West Region, this role will contribute critical market insights to inform launch strategies, support customer-centric solution development, and guide the creation of internal sales systems and training programs.
This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver business results.
