About the Department
Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in supporting business growth by attracting, hiring and retaining exceptional talent across all regions and business areas. Working closely with Talent Management, Human Resources Business Partners and senior leaders, the team combines recruitment expertise, workforce planning, market intelligence and talent insights to build future-ready talent pipelines and strengthen organisational capability. You will be joining us at an exciting stage in our development, having recently implemented a talent intelligence platform we're looking for someone to lead us through the next chapter of our journey, helping us navigate the opportunities and challenges ahead.
