HEAD OF EYFS
Ashville College, Harrogate, is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed leader for our Early Years/Acorns provision at Ashville Prep School.
The Head of EYFS is a pivotal role in shaping the experience and development of our youngest pupils, aged 2-4 years, within a warm and nurturing nursery environment. This leadership position offers a highly motivated and experienced early years practitioner the chance to make a lasting impact on our school community.
Working closely with the Head of Prep and supported by the Deputy Head (Prep School), you will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and organisation of EYFS/Acorns, ensuring the highest standards in teaching, learning, and care in line with the EYFS statutory framework. You will play a key role in developing a creative, inspiring, and inclusive early years curriculum, while fostering strong relationships with staff, children and families.
This role is fixed term until 31 August 2027 and is offered on a full time contract, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time plus 5 training days. The salary for this role is £40,000 to £44,000 dependent on experience.
