Job Description:

Position Summary

The Head of Digital & Analytics Factory is responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives and overseeing the local Digital and Analytics Factory at the Mobile Manufacturing Site (MMS). This role acts as the single point of entry for all digital requests, ensuring that the digital portfolio is integrated and aligned with the Mobile Manufacturing Site strategy. The leader will manage a team and drive a collaborative, value-driven delivery model to streamline business requirements and set technical standards for local data and analytics solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Factory Leadership & Governance (30%)

• Lead the MMS Digital & Analytics Factory Plateau, serving as the Plateau Lead and primary point of contact for digital requests from all functional areas. • Develop and implement the Mobile Manufacturing Sites digital strategy in alignment with organizational objectives and the central data management strategy. • Deliver agile solutions across four key pillars: Foundational Data Products: Master data and curated business data sets for Shopfloor and Quality. Analytical & Descriptive Products: Performance monitoring dashboards and cockpits. Advanced & Prescriptive Products: Predictive AI models and optimization tools for planning. Technical Products: Data APIs and reusable data pipelines. Deliver agile solutions across four key pillars:

Education:
