The Head of Consumer & SMB Platform Delivery is responsible for leading the technology strategy, platform roadmap, and execution of customer-facing Consumer and Small Business banking platforms. This leader serves as the primary technology partner to the business, translating strategic objectives into technology delivery while ensuring digital banking experiences continue to evolve, scale, and deliver measurable business value.
This role is not responsible for defining product strategy or customer experience. Instead, it is accountable for delivering those experiences through technology by leading platform strategy, vendor relationships, modernization initiatives, and execution across multiple customer-facing banking platforms.
The successful candidate will oversee a team of technology platform leaders while directing multiple third-party technology partners responsible for delivering digital banking, lending, relationship pricing, and account origination platforms. This individual will be responsible for developing the long-term technology roadmap, driving platform modernization, simplifying the technology landscape, and ensuring reliable execution of strategic initiatives.
