Job Details

We’re looking for a Head of Accounting / Corporate Controller to build and scale the accounting function from the ground up in a complex, program-driven environment.

This is not a “keep the lights on” Controller. This is a build, fix, scale, and lead role.

What You’ll Own:
Full financial close (monthly, quarterly, annual)
GAAP-compliant reporting + external audit leadership
Technical accounting (rev rec, equity, leases, accruals)
Cost accounting (inventory, WIP, COGS, program tracking)
Internal controls + audit readiness
ERP + financial systems strategy
Government/commercial contract accounting support
Building and leading the accounting team

What We’re Looking For:
CPA + 12–15+ years accounting experience
Proven Controller or Head of Accounting experience
Strong GAAP + financial reporting expertise
Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or complex environments
Deep experience with cost accounting + inventory + long-cycle programs
Experience building/scaling processes, not just maintaining
