Head Honcho - Dispensoria Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• Captain of the Ship: Steer the dispensary ship, man! Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring everything is running as smooth as a perfectly rolled joint.
• Covering the Crew: Manage the team's schedules to ensure full coverage of all shifts, filling in to cover missed shifts if necessary.
• Team Harmony: Lead, inspire, and mentor our groovy crew of budtenders and inventory staff. Foster a positive work environment filled with good vibes.
• Inventory Zen Master: Keep a watchful eye on the inventory. Manage stock levels, track products, and ensure everything is chill on the supply side.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and compliance with local regulations.
• Customer Love: Spread the love to our customers! Provide top-notch customer service and resolve any issues with a Zen-like calmness.
• Budtender Training: Conduct training sessions for our budtenders to keep them knowledgeable and ready to guide customers through their cannabis journey.
• Legal Jedi: Stay on top of all local and state cannabis laws and regulations, man. Ensure compliance in every aspect of our operation.
• Reports and Records: Keep meticulous records, generate reports, and stay organized so we can rock the cannabis game.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous management experience in a retail or cannabis setting is a big plus, dude.
• A deep passion for cannabis and its culture.
• Leadership skills that would make even the Dude proud.
• Knowledge of local cannabis laws and regulations is a must.
• Excellent communication skills, both with the team and customers.
