Head Girls Soccer Coach (Possible 2nd Sport)

This position is for a high school coach and teacher responsible for developing athletic programs, coaching two sports (including Tennis and Golf), and promoting student skill, discipline, sportsmanship, and self-esteem.

• Requires valid teaching certification, CPR/First Aid/AED, and CDL within 6 months if not already secured.
  
• Preference given to candidates with high school head coaching or college coaching experience.
  
• Includes coordinating practices, managing equipment, ensuring safety, adhering to UIL rules, and fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
  
• Supervises assistant coaches, manages budgets, maintains records, and participates in school and athletic events.
  
• Requires effective communication, flexibility for travel, and ability to work outside and inside environments.
  
• Application includes submission of resume, certifications, references, and a letter of interest. Salary starts at $54,500 plus stipends, with a 187-day work schedule.
