The Athletic Department is seeking a Head Football Athletic Trainer to assist with the prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries for the sport of football and other programs as assigned. This position will provide injury care and rehabilitative services, and will also provide guidance, work direction, and training to another full-time athletic trainer, graduate assistant, and student athletic trainers.
Qualifications: Master's degree in sports medicine or a related field with experience in a similar position required. BOC certification required and South Dakota Athletic Trainers licensure eligible. Familiarity with NCAA Division I preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
