Youll create impact by Handling all orders received by the factory across all business segments that are supplied by the factory and ensuring seamless manufacturing processes execution from order intake to delivery. Together with your teams, handling production scheduling, technical documentation preparation for production, supervising execution until the delivery phase, and coordinating across internal and external teams (e.g., Project Management, Production, Quality Control, Logistics). Coordinating all internal topics with your team to ensure the smooth factory handling of customer orders. This includes involvement in day-to-day operations as well as the strategic orientation for your area. Serving as the hub for interdepartmental collaboration with manufacturing, quality control (QC), logistics, external Order Execution, and customer communication. Being responsible for supplier management and production planning. Together with your team, continuously improving and optimizing business processes and bearing responsibility for achieving objectives. Strengthening team cohesion, fostering continuous learning, and promoting a positive and resilient work culture through your leadership approach. Your defining qualities Many years of experience in project-based industries with very good order processing, material procurement, or supply chain management knowledge. Leadership experience with pronounced coaching and cross-functional teamwork skills. Familiarity with SAP systems, especially in production planning.
