Randolph College, located in Lynchburg, Virginia, seeks a dynamic full-time professional to serve as Head Coach for its Women's Track and Field/Cross Country programs. Duties will include managing all operations and staff, plus recruiting and retaining talented student-athletes for competition inthe 2026-27 academic year and beyond. This position reports to the Director of Track and Field/Cross Country Programs and Recruiting Coordinator.
Randolph College is a residential, liberal arts institution committed to excellence and its flag football program will compete in the NCAA Division III and the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC).
Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) and coaching experience required, preferably at the collegiate level, and a proven ability to recruit quality student-athletes.
