Head Coach of Women's Lacrosse
Elmira College is a private liberal arts College located in the Finger Lakes region of New York. Elmira College was the first college to offer a comprehensive curriculum for women, and is home of the Center for Mark Twain Studies. We are seeking a Head Coach of Women's Lacrosse to join the Athletics team.
The Head Coach is responsible for all phases of a successful NCAA Division III women's lacrosse program in accordance with all department, college, and NCAA Division III rules, regulations, and philosophies. In addition, the head coach performs all duties related to team operations including but not limited to the recruitment of qualified student athletes, student athlete development and retention, scheduling, budget management, and student athlete conduct. The head coach supports the entire Athletic Department by performing an ancillary duty as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
This is a full-time, 12-month position. This position does not require scheduled office hours during a pre-determined two-month time frame between June 1 and August 15.
The position has immediate oversight of employees and/or student worker(s) while most of the time performing the same or directly related work as those the position leads

COMPENSATION: $48,000 - $52,000 a year
This position Is benefit eligible.
