Job Description:
General Statement of Duties:
The primary responsibility of this position is instructing and leadership of student athletes in the sport of Mens Soccer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of teaching skills and strategies for the sport of mens soccer during practices and games giving the student-athletes a great experience with the best chance to be successful on and off the field.
Provide individual instruction as permitted by the governing rules of the NCAA.
- Develop and implement practice plans to improve team performance.
- Coordinate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive team environment.
- Maintain accurate records of player attendance, progress, and injuries.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all NCAA rules and regulations.
- Participate in team-building activities and community service events.
- Collaborate with the athletic department to promote the team and the university.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the head coach or athletic director.
