Highland High School is seeking a passionate and committed individual to serve as the Head Coach for Boys Tennis program. This position is essential to the continued growth and success of the girls tennis program and plays a critical rolein promoting athletic excellence, personal development, sportsmanship, and school pride.
Coaching stipends in Salt Lake City School District are referred to as coaching days and are determined by the District Written Agreement. This structure is consistent across SLCSD high schools participating in UHSAA.
For example, a newly hired boys tennis head coach would receive compensation equal to the District coaching daily rate multiplied by the assigned coaching days for that position group. The number of coaching days assigned to each sport is established by the Written Agreement.
Coaching days (stipends) are paid after the completion of the season and only after all required trainings and employment requirements have been successfully completed.
