The Head Clerk role involves creating a welcoming environment, maintaining a clean and organized store, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, resolving issues promptly, overseeing store cleanliness and safety, managing cashiering tasks, unloading and organizing stock, replenishing merchandise, preparing displays, and handling clerical duties.
The position offers a base salary of $28.20/hr plus benefits like medical, dental, and vision. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, retail or grocery experience, strong customer service skills, flexibility, and the ability to work well with others. Prior bookkeeping experience is a plus. Must pass background and drug tests and have a flexible schedule.
