Head Boys Basketball Coach (Middle School)

The Middle School Head Coach is responsible for leading their assigned sport under the supervision of the Athletic Director, ensuring compliance with district, league, and state regulations.

• Qualifications include teaching at Weld County School District RE-5J or equivalent, certified coaching and CHSAA certification, relevant coaching experience, and successful background checks.
• Personal qualities emphasize student focus, sportsmanship, professionalism, and respect for officials, opponents, and the school community.
• Responsibilities involve organizing practices and games, managing equipment and facilities, supervising athletes, overseeing assistant coaches, and promoting safety and discipline.
  
  
• End-of-season tasks include equipment inventory, athlete awards, and recommending purchases.
  
  Terms: No benefits; salary based on experience ($3,000 - $3,600).
