Responsibilities
Lead daily sourdough bread production
Oversee pastry and baked goods production
Manage fermentation schedules and dough development
Train and supervise bakery staff
Maintain consistency and quality control
Help improve production efficiency
Experience with pastry production is a plus
Experience in a high-volume bakery preferred
Ability to work early morning shifts
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
