Essential Responsibilities:
• Define cross functional MOC team for HDNU changes based on change requirements
• Coordinate inputs to Technical Change Forum (TCF) for CHGI review & approval on behalf of Global Supply Chain (for potential [GVL/EPF] factory execution)
• Screen for change impact and risks
• Act as key liaison between the plant leader, project team, product & configuration engineering team, and extended supply chain team (e.g., Materials management, Sourcing, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Operations)
• Conduct risk assessment (as needed) and define risk mitigation actions with collaboration from cross functional MOC team
• Drive execution of changes post CHGI approval, via Change Actions (CA), till being fully released and deployed
• Develop and maintain communication plans throughout the change lifecycle
• Create detailed project plans and Gantt charts with clear milestones and critical paths
• Monitor change execution on a recurring basis
• Coordinate resources and manage project timelines
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and corporate requirements
• Assess effectiveness and sustainability of change (confirm change requirements are met and stable over time)
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Experience in project management, process improvement, or change management
• Minimum of 8 years in Engineering, Manufacturing, and/or Quality
Desired Characteristics:
Knowledge of MOC processes and methodologies
Knowledge of BOMs and ERPs
Basic knowledge of materials management, manufacturing engineering, quality management and shop operations standard work
Ability to create and implement standard work
FMEA and other risk-based assessment tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to influence people, as well as lead cross-functional teams

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $123,700.00 and $206,100.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
