Job Summary: Oracle HCM Architect

- Serve as Oracle HCM Architect for enterprise-scale cloud implementations (100% Remote, 12+ months).
- Lead and support Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Compensation module deployments.
- Architect, design, and configure Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, leveraging deep knowledge of HCM data model, security, and configuration.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective Oracle Cloud technical solutions.
- Manage and consult with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
- Oversee and execute processes involving:
- Workforce Compensation and Compensation cycles
- Performance and Goal Management
- Succession Planning and Talent Review
- Career Development and Growth
- Oracle Fast Formulas
- HCM Extracts and HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- REST and SOAP API integrations
- Ensure compliance with best practices in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and transformational initiatives.
- Provide expertise in troubleshooting, upgrades, and ongoing support of Oracle HCM modules.
- Prefer candidates with Oracle Cloud HCM certifications and experience in Core HR, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, or Absence Management.
- Advantageous to have knowledge of OTBI/BI Publisher, global organization support, and familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
