Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as the primary HR partner for approximately 200 employees across the United States, while supporting the HQ team abroad with strategic initiatives. This is a fully remote opportunity, but candidates must have current experience at a global organization and at least 5 years of experience in a Generalist or Business Partner capacity.

Description
- Serve as the lead HR Business Partner for US employees, supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
- Partner directly with leaders to provide coaching, guidance, and strategic HR support.
- Lead complex employee relations matters and provide practical solutions.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Build and implement scalable HR processes, policies, and programs where infrastructure is limited today.
- Drive projects focused on operational efficiency, employee experience, compliance, and process improvement.
- Utilize HR data and people analytics to inform recommendations and business decisions.
- Partner with global HR colleagues across multiple regions to ensure consistency and best practices.
- Support ongoing HR technology initiatives, including HRIS enhancements and adoption.

Profile
- 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist and/or HR Business Partner experience.
- Experience at a global organization is required.
- Experience within a start-up or technology organization higly preferred.
- Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, manager coaching, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, evolving, or less-structured environments.
- Experience building processes, programs, and infrastructure rather than simply maintaining existing programs.
- Strong understanding of multi-state US employment law. Strong employee relations experience is required.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging HR systems, data, and AI-driven tools.
- Experience within technology, private equity-backed, growth-stage, or rapidly changing organizations is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions confidently, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
