At Unity Campus, psychiatrists practice within a setting connected to a broader continuum of mental health and addiction care. Allina Healths mental health and addiction services include outpatient care, specialty programming, intermediate levels of care, and hospital-based services designed to meet patients across a wide range of needs. The Unity site specifically includes a specialized behavioral health environment that brings together outpatient services and intensive day programs.

Principal Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment in a hospital-based clinic setting
• Deliver medication management and ongoing psychiatric care for adult patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health professionals across the continuum of care
• Support high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric treatment planning and follow-up
• Participate in a flexible hybrid work model, including remote work opportunities based on physician preference
• Contribute to a collegial practice environment focused on access, continuity, and clinical excellence
• Minimal hospital call

Job Requirements

• MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required
• BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required
• Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable

Pay Range

Pay Range: $340,025 to $351,000 per year

The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
