Position Title: Hardware Program Manager

Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Hardware Program Manager opportunity.

Job Description:

  • We're hiring a Hardware Program Manager for an aerospace / spaceflight-hardware program. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Owning schedule, integration, and milestone execution for a complex hardware program.


Job Qualifications

  • Aerospace/space program management with flight-hardware or space-systems exposure
  • Demonstrated ability to flex across commercial aviation (e.g., Part 25 / certification environments) and defense programs — versatility across verticals.
  • Experience driving programs through formal milestone reviews (PDR/CDR) and qualification campaigns.

  • Pay Rate Range: $70-$95/hr.
  • Location: Pleasanton, CA.
