Senior Principal Engineer – Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL)Location: McKinney, Texas – 2501 W University Dr, Wing A Building, USA. Onsite.Security Clearance: Active and transferable Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship required.ResponsibilitiesMeet contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance within contractual boundaries and company expectations.Report business metrics to both the program and functional leadership including Estimates At Complete (EAC).Provide the technical execution leadership required to design, develop, integrate & test, verify, qualify and deliver a system that complies with performance requirements.Communicate program status, accomplishments, issues, and support needs to Raytheon leadership and the customer community.As a member of the Program Leadership Team, contribute to developing and aligning on common program vision and execution strategies.Actively identify, manage, and mitigate risks or capture opportunities.Provide mentoring and guidance to team members.Travel as necessary to support the program (approximately 25%).Qualifications You Must HaveDegree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.Experience in Program Management and/or IPT execution within the Defense Industry.Experience leading cross‑functional teams within the Defense Industry across two or more disciplines in Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, and/or administrative functions.Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), or Risk and Opportunity Management.Active and transferable Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance required prior to start date with ability to obtain special program access after start.Qualifications We PreferExperience with leading development and maintenance across multiple program sites.Experience with Supplier Management.Experience with leading Hardware Engineering Teams.Experience with leading transition to production.Experience with production deliveries.Experience with Agile Lifecycle Management tools, preferably Jira.Excellent presentation and proposal skills.Experience in the Electronic Warfare domain.BenefitsSalary range: 132,400 USD – 251,600 USD.Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays (benefits dependent on the specific business unit and collective‑bargaining agreement).Annual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation programs for eligible levels, dependent on performance and business unit.Relocation assistance available.U.S.-based role; pay structure and benefits apply to U.S. territories accordingly.Equal Employment OpportunityRTX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
