Hardscape Construction Foreman

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 2–5 members, depending on job size.
• Engage in hands-on building and direct production.
• Conduct morning planning, material checks, and ensure the site progresses smoothly.
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini-excavators, and more as needed.
• Communicate with the project manager and leadership about progress, needs, and issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe site while providing a professional client experience.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in hardscape installation.
• 1–2 years of experience leading a crew, or readiness to step up to this role.
• Valid PA driver’s license.
• Comfortable driving truck/trailer setups (requirements will be clearly communicated).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors, and maintain punctuality.
• Nice to have: ICPI/NCMA certification, masonry strength, Class A CDL.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 6 am - 6 pm (as needed, 40 - 55 hour work week)

Compensation

Full-Time: $25–$40/hr with bonus opportunities (DOE)
