We are looking for someone who can help us with office repairs and maintenance.
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, honest and motivated Part-Time/ Potential FT Maintenance Worker to help maintain our offices. This position offers flexible hours, competitive wages and potential benefits.
Main responsibilities:
- Change air filters and light bulbs as needed.
- Clear clogged AC drain lines.
- Perform minor plumbing tasks.
- Leaf blowing and maintaining a clean parking lot.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs to ensure the property stays in top condition.
- Assist in keeping properties clean and organized for tenants.
- Landscape maintenance.
- Other tasks as assigned to maintain a high standard of property upkeep.
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Pass background check.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks (training will be provided as necessary)
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting 50 lbs.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication.
