Do you have the expertise to handle high-end industrial assembly? American Workforce Group is hiring a specialized Handrail Builder for a premier fabrication shop in Kelso, WA. We have the cutter and the welder—now we need the assembly expert to bring it all together!

Description for Handrail Builder:

• Assemble high-quality handrails using precision-cut and welded components.
• Ensure all measurements and alignments meet strict structural standards.
• Work as part of a specialized 3-person production cell.
• Support the final quality check and prep of finished handrail systems.

Details for Handrail Builder:

• Pay: Up to $25.00 / hour (DOE).
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift.
• Location: Kelso, WA.

Requirements for Handrail Builder:

• Must have proven experience assembling handrails.
• Significant experience in an industrial shop environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and measurement skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a professional team.
