Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Time Hand Picker to join our dynamic warehouse operations team. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive warehouse experience who can demonstrate exceptional proficiency in hand picking operations. The ideal candidate will bring 20-21 years of relevant work experience and possess a deep understanding of warehouse logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.

As a Hand Picker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient selection of products from warehouse inventory to fulfill customer orders. Your extensive experience will be invaluable in maintaining our high standards of accuracy, productivity, and safety while mentoring junior team members and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment and Picking Operations

• Accurately select and pick products from designated warehouse locations based on order specifications, pick lists, and customer requirements
• Verify product codes, quantities, and descriptions to ensure 99.9% picking accuracy
• Navigate efficiently through warehouse aisles and storage areas to locate items quickly and safely
• Process high-volume orders within established timeframes while maintaining quality standards
• Handle products with appropriate care to prevent damage during the picking process
• Utilize handheld scanners, RF devices, and warehouse management systems to track and confirm picks
• Stage picked items in designated areas for packing and shipping preparation

Inventory Management and Quality Control

• Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
• Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues to warehouse supervisors immediately
• Assist in receiving, putaway, and rest
