Compensation / Good Faith Pay Range
- Base compensation: $2600 per month
- Commission and performance incentives paid under the dealership's compensation plan
- Expected total annual earnings:$60,000-$120,000+ for employees meeting performance expectations. Top performers may earn more. Actual earnings will vary based on individual sales performance and other factors.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with customers and help them find the right vehicle.
- Follow up with leads and set appointments.
- Deliver an exceptional buying experience from greeting to delivery.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on new models and technology.
- Develop repeat and referral business through outstanding customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to earn a high income.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required — we hire for attitude and train for success.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
