Must be available Tuesday–Saturday
Must be flexible to work both opening and closing shifts
Occasional additional hours as needed to support the business
Lead and motivate a team of stylists, bartenders, and shift leads
Drive membership sales, retail sales, and overall shop performance
Train new team members
Manage scheduling and daily operations
Deliver an exceptional guest experience
Coach team members and support their growth
Monitor business goals and key performance metrics
Manage inventory and shop standards
2+ years of management or leadership experience
Strong communication and coaching skills
Experience leading a team and achieving sales goals
Organized, dependable, and results-driven
Salon, beauty, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
