Responsibilities
- Evaluate personal preferences to recommend appropriate haircuts and hairstyles
- Provide in depth consultation to determine their hair care needs and recommend products and tools
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques
- Build and maintain long term relationship with Guest
- Manage time efficiently to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
Qualifications
- Successful completion of a cosmetology school and DC or Maryland license is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience as a stylist, hairdresser, or similar role is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of hair cutting techniques and best practices
- Skilled at hair coloring, straightening, and curling techniques
- Familiar with a variety of treatment products
- Up-to-date with trends in fashion and beauty
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
