Employment Type: W-2 (commission-based) or 1099 (booth rental) available

Experience: 3+ years behind the chair.

Schedule: Full-time or part-time

What You Will Do:
  • Provide high-quality cut and color services to a diverse clientele.
  • Consult with clients on hair health, style goals, and maintenance between appointments.
  • Stay current on trends and techniques through ongoing education (we provide opportunities).
  • Maintain a clean, organized station and contribute to a positive salon environment.
  • Build and retain a loyal client base through excellent service and communication.
  • Participate in team education days and collaborative learning sessions.
What We Are Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist, working behind the chair.
  • Strong skills in both cutting and coloring (balayage, highlights, lived-in color, corrective color a plus).
  • Active Texas cosmetology license.
  • Someone who is coachable, collaborative, and genuinely cares about their craft.
  • Reliable, professional, and able to manage your own schedule and client relationships.
  • Comfortable working with a range of hair textures and types.
