What You Will Do:
Provide high-quality cut and color services to a diverse clientele.
Consult with clients on hair health, style goals, and maintenance between appointments.
Stay current on trends and techniques through ongoing education (we provide opportunities).
Maintain a clean, organized station and contribute to a positive salon environment.
Build and retain a loyal client base through excellent service and communication.
Participate in team education days and collaborative learning sessions.
What We Are Looking For:
3+ years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist, working behind the chair.
Strong skills in both cutting and coloring (balayage, highlights, lived-in color, corrective color a plus).
Active Texas cosmetology license.
Someone who is coachable, collaborative, and genuinely cares about their craft.
Reliable, professional, and able to manage your own schedule and client relationships.
Comfortable working with a range of hair textures and types.
