- Have an active cosmetology/barber license (or reciprocal license)
- Have a deep love for hair styling trends and cutting-edge artistry
- Have leadership experience (preferred but not required were happy to train the right person)
- Are eager to learn, adapt, and contribute with an optimistic growth mindset
- Love to mentor up-and-coming stylists, lead by example, and collaborate well with others
- Manage client interactions with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Are interested in learning key actions for success, like goal setting, training, inventory management, and community outreach
- Take pride in exceeding cleanliness standards
What Youll Do:
- Deliver top-notch customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients
- Motivate by example, boost team morale, and provide hands-on support for your team
- Learn and grow into leadership responsibilities, including collaborating with ownership on goals, supporting daily operations, and building your salons local reputation
- Stay up to date with salon management software and other business applications
- Develop skills in training, educating, and mentoring stylists over time
- Ensure salon compliance with company policies as well as local and state regulations
