Moxie is looking for a passionate and seasoned Hair Extension Specialist responsible for delivering high-quality hair extension services, including consultations, color matching, application (tape-in, K-tip, weft, tapes and mire), styling, and maintenance.
The candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of Bellami's proprietary methods, provide exceptional client experiences, and often assist with retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional hair extension services including:
- Provide consultations to recommend best methods, lengths, and maintenance plans
- Educate clients on home care and extension maintenance
- Maintain clean, organized workstation
- Work collaboratively with stylists and front desk team on a team based model
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina cosmetology license (or equivalent).
- Certified or experienced in multiple extension methods
- Experience with Bellami extensions is valuable
- Strong color blending and styling skills
- Portfolio of extension work (photos required)
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
