As a Gymnastics Summer Camp Coach, you’ll be the heart of the camp experience: leading activities, teaching foundational gymnastics skills, and creating unforgettable summer memories for kids of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading daily gymnastics instruction, games, and camp activities
• Teaching foundational gymnastics skills through fun, structured lessons
• Supervising campers throughout the day, ensuring a safe and positive environment
• Creating engaging activities that keep campers active, excited, and learning
• Building positive relationships with campers, parents, and fellow staff
• Assisting with setup and breakdown of equipment and camp spaces
• Keeping safety a top priority on the gym floor and during all activities
• Staying active — this is a high-energy, on-your-feet role!
Qualifications:
Your Schedule:
Camp Dates: June 29 – August 21
- Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM and/or 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM
• Limited shifts may be available as early as 7:30 AM and as late as 5:00 PM
• Opportunities for additional hours depending on enrollment and performance
What It Takes:
- A love for working with kids and bringing high energy every day
• Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with strong communication skills
• Ability to work a consistent weekday schedule during the summer season
• Comfortable leading groups of children in a structured, active environment
• Previous coaching, camp counseling, or gymnastics experience is a plus, but not required — we provide paid training!
Fine Print
A few requirements to note:
• Ability to see and hear clearly 20 yards away
• Ability to provide sustained attention to campers throughout the day
• Ability to stand, kneel, stoop, crouch, and climb onto equipment to assist athletes
• Ability to spot a gymnast, including lifting/carrying a minimum of 50 pounds
• Ability to move equipment, including pushing/pulling at least 50 pounds
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to commit to a consistent summer schedule — our campers rely on you!
Pay Range:
USD $16.30 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
