Now Hiring: Full-Time Gymnastics Coach
Location: Flower Mound TX
Schedule: Full-Time (Includes evenings and weekends)
Are you passionate about coaching and developing gymnasts at every level? We’re looking for a dedicated, energetic, and experienced Full-Time Gymnastics Coach to join our team!
About the Role:
As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for leading and assisting with both team-level gymnastics (Xcel and/or USAG) and recreational gymnastics classes. The ideal candidate is versatile, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about helping athletes of all ages grow in skill, confidence, and love for the sport.
Qualifications:
- Prior coaching experience with competitive Xcel levels and/or compulsory/optional team programs
- Strong ability to teach recreational gymnastics to ages 3+
- Up-to-date knowledge of gymnastics, safety protocols, drills, and skill progressions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Excellent communication skills with parents, athletes, and co-workers
- Reliable, organized, and professional with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow within our program
Bonus Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for class management, athlete evaluations, and planning
- Familiarity with lesson planning and athlete tracking software is a plus
