The CDAO will oversee the data operations, data quality, data analytics, master data management and data governance functions, and ensure alignment with the organization's vision, mission, and goals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading data and analytics initiatives, managing data teams, and delivering data-driven insights and solutions. The candidate will also have extensive experience and expertise in CRM systems, tools, and best practices, and be able to leverage CRM data to enhance customer experience, retention, and growth.
