Description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of software development experience.
  • 4+ years of Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud Integration development experience.
  • 3+ years of Guidewire Cloud Platform implementation experience.
  • Experience in complex enterprise integration projects within Property Casualty Insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud and external systems.
  • Develop RESTful APIs, event-driven integrations, and batch interfaces using Guidewire Integration Framework.
  • Implement integrations using Guidewire Cloud standards and best practices.
  • Configure inbound and outbound messaging and web service integrations.
  • Work with middleware platforms such as IG App integration technologies.
  • Develop and customize PolicyCenter functionalities using Gosu.
  • Create and maintain business rules, workflows, plugins, PCF configurations, and custom extensions.
  • Collaborate with architects to define scalable cloud-based integration solutions.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Support CICD pipeline implementation and deployment activities.
  • Work within Guidewire Cloud environments and release processes.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize integration services.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, QA teams, and external vendors.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and sprint planning activities.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Nice to Have:

  • Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud Certification.
  • Experience with InsuranceSuite integrations.
  • Knowledge of PC Insurance domain.
  • Experience with Kafka or event streaming platforms.
  • Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud services.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
