Title: Guidewire Claim Center Developer
Locations: Dallas, TX
Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $50-$56/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)


We are seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer with 6 8 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter development and integration. The ideal candidate will join an existing Agile Scrum team responsible for delivering enhancements, integrations, and defect fixes for a Property & Casualty Claims platform. Candidates must possess a Guidewire InsuranceSuite Developer Certification, with ACE Certification being a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain applications using Guidewire ClaimCenter.
  • Design, build, and support Guidewire integrations with internal and external enterprise systems.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Deliver high-priority user stories, enhancements, and production defect fixes within two-week sprint cycles.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and product owners to implement scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
  • Follow established development standards, coding best practices, and CI/CD processes.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Quickly ramp up on customer-specific processes and begin contributing independently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 8 years of recent experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter development.
  • Extensive experience developing and supporting Guidewire integrations (SOAP/REST APIs, messaging, plugins, web services).
  • Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Claims Management.
  • Experience with Gosu, Java, Guidewire Studio, PCF, Data Model, Rules Engine, and Batch Processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire configuration and customization.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a Scrum team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Guidewire InsuranceSuite Developer Certification (Required).
  • Guidewire ACE Certification (Preferred).
  • Experience with Guidewire Cloud implementations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience integrating Guidewire with enterprise applications and third-party services.

Required Experience

  • 6 8 years of Guidewire ClaimCenter development experience.
  • Proven experience in Property & Casualty Claims Management implementations.
  • Recent hands-on experience with Guidewire integrations and Agile delivery environments.
