Position Overview:
As a Night Guest Service Representative, you will be a key member of our team during evening hours, ensuring guests and students receive outstanding service. Your role is vital in supporting the evening operations and maintaining a positive experience for all campus visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests and students in a courteous, professional manner during night shifts.
Field incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries about our programs and services.
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and appointments.
Promptly address guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth evening operations.
Complete administrative duties as assigned to support the guest experience.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or customer service preferred.
Experience in customer service or guest relations is desired.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse audience.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
