Your Day-to-Day
- Warmly greet guests both in-store and by phone, ensuring a joyful and helpful experience
- Assist customers in selecting cakes, flavors, add-ons, and packages that best suit their celebration
- Operate POS systems accurately and promote the Nothing Bundt Cakes app
- Keep the retail space clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- Energetic, friendly personality and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Interest in customer-facing work and possibly helping with event coordination
- Prior retail, hospitality, or food service experience is a plus but not required
