The opportunity Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a full-time or part-time Guest Service Attendant to join our team at the Westin Buffalo in Buffalo, New York. As a Guest Service Attendant, you have the opportunity to work in a variety of areas including tours, bell attendant, valet room service, or transportation services. Please note this is a tipped position. The hourly minimum pay listed does not include any potential tipped earnings. Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour.

As a Guest Service Attendant, you will:
Greet and assist guests with luggage at check-in, check-out, and storage. Assist guests with city information and directions. Deliver items as requested by guests or manager on duty. Deliver all in-room dining, IRD, food and beverage. Deliver guest amenities to rooms. Transport guests as needed. All other tasks as needed.
More About You
Prior hotel experience is preferred. Must have excellent verbal communication skills demonstrating proper manners and etiquette. Requires excellent people skills. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
A valid drivers license in good standing for driving a company vehicle.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must have the physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight up to 50 pounds.
