The Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor provides exceptional registration, check-out, PBX, and mail services while creating personal guest experiences.
Responsibilities include managing arrivals and special requests, confidently checking guests in/out, answering calls promptly, completing shift checklists, pre-assigning rooms, following key and credit policies, and handling lost & found reports.
They monitor room availability, verify transactions, and review daily hotel status using yield management systems. The role requires at least one year of hotel front desk experience, a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of the local area, flexibility to work overnight/weekends/holidays, and familiarity with hotel systems.
